If, for any reason, we do not have the product you ordered in stock, we will contact you to offer a full refund.

Shipping
Some items are not available for shipping to Australia. These items are marked with an "Available in New Zealand only" graphic.

We aim to process all orders within 2 business days of receiving the order. Orders are shipped by insured courier and typically arrive within 2 days when shipping to the North Island, 2-3 days to the South Island and 3-4 days to Australia.
